Position summary
As a Med Tech, you will assist our residents daily, ensuring their medication plan is appropriately executed while making meaningful connections with each resident. Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contribute to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care services
- Distribution of medication
- Follow the individualized plan of care for all residents
- Observe residents for change in condition and report any changes immediately
