What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Cedar Mills Property Management?
Cedar Mills Property Management is a full-service property management company located in the Wichita Metro area. We are a growing company with opportunity to do maintenance and remodeling at various properties. We are hiring a full-time maintenance position. The ideal candidate should have extensive building maintenance and/or construction experience, a valid driver's license, a reliable truck or van (we provide mileage reimbursement), must be able to pass a drug test and not have any felonies specifically against another person. Candidate must have own hand tools, should be able to speak English, use a smart phone/email, have good customer service skill and be a team player.
Skills/Experience preferred: Remodeling work, General plumbing, Electrical, DrywallPainting, HVAC, Carpentry, General Maintenance
