Branches Portland is looking for an Outpatient Therapist to join our team of great people!
How You Will Make An Impact
The Program Therapist carries a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients. They will run group therapy for 20 hours per week and meet individually with patients on their caseload. Individual meetings with patients will take place for various reasons, including treatment planning, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention.
This is a full-time salaried position, Monday – Friday.

Qualifications
Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university, is required.
Experience: 1 years in behavioral health and experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning, is preferred.
Licensure: Clinical licensure (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is not required
Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
