Open Positions:
- Outpatient Program Therapist
These positions carry a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients. A program therapist will run group therapy for 20 hours per week and meet individually with clients on their caseload. Individual meetings with patients will take place for various reasons, including treatment planning, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention.
This is a full-time salaried position, Monday – Friday.

Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and outpatient services program that serves adults facing an acute behavioral health crisis related to issues of mental health, substance abuse and substance use disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders related to these circumstances. Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent is required.
Experience: One (1) to two (2) years in behavioral health, preferred.
Licensure: Clinical licensure (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is not required, but preferred.
