Days & Hours:
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We are a busy, fast-paced dental practice looking for our ideal team member! Prior front desk experience in a dental or medical office is preferred (though not mandatory) as long as you bring a bright, welcoming smile for every patient who walks through our door. In this role, you will facilitate daily clinic operations and coordinate patient care by providing vital administrative support to our front desk, dental hygienists, and doctor. You will also play a key role in maintaining quality assurance for our clinical practices and patient records, ensuring strict compliance with the State Board of Dentistry, Oregon Health Authority, and other regulatory agency guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient First Impressions: Welcoming patients with warmth, managing check-ins/check-outs, and keeping our front lobby running smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Providing vital administrative and logistical support to our Dental Hygienists, Assistants, and Doctor.
- Daily Coordination: Facilitating daily clinic operations by managing schedules, coordinating patient care, and keeping communication seamless.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintaining quality assurance for clinical practices and patient records in strict compliance with the State Board of Dentistry, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and other regulatory bodies.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: Prior front desk experience in a dental or medical office is preferred, but we are willing to train the absolute right person!
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and patient-focused attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a high attention to detail.
- Compliance Minded: An understanding of (or willingness to learn) Oregon dental regulations, HIPAA, and record-keeping standards.
