The Details
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend coverage: on-call or rotation (to be discussed at interview)

Your Role
Provide and oversee resident-centered care, perform assessments and support care planning, administer and manage medications, guide and support caregiving staff, and build trusted relationships with residents, families, and providers.
What You Bring
- Active Vermont RN or LPN license
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Supervisory experience (1 year preferred)
- A dependable, team-first mindset
Assisted living or long-term care experience is helpful but not required — we welcome nurses eager to learn and grow.
