Cedar Hill is a 39-bed, 5-star skilled nursing facility in Claremont, NH known for an exceptional resident-to-staff ratio and a supportive care environment. We're looking for compassionate, detail-oriented LNAs to join our team.
Shift Differentials: M-F 2nd shift – $3.00 M-F 3rd shift – $4.00 Sat/Sun 1st shift – $4.00 Sat/Sun 2nd shift – $8.00 Sat/Sun 3rd shift – $10.00
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with transfers and mobility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents
- Support residents and families with compassionate, person-centered care
- Assist nursing staff with wound care and other clinical procedures
- Document care accurately in our electronic health record system
Requirements:
- Current NH LNA license in good standing
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality resident care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
