Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support during weekend operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Salary: $33 - $51 Depending on Shift and Years Licensed.

Schedule:

• Weekend Position

• Consistent Weekend Schedule

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily clinical operations

• Ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance

• Providing clinical guidance, leadership, and support to nursing team members

• Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns

• Assisting with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed

• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Supporting quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives

• Maintaining accurate documentation and clinical records

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire

• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team
