Position Description: Develop and implement the best IT policies and best practice guides for the organization. Responsibilities include but not limited to:· Lead It projects including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services· Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration and installation· Maintains network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals and wiring· Ensure computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance· Coordinates with other locations to understand and meet their requirements· Evaluates network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations· Establishes and controls systems access and security· Monitors and maintains Inventory Software, network stability, collects and analyzes network and memory utilization, and installs and tests software upgrades· Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions· Performs or coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware, software and telecommunications services· Develops or establishes strong relationships with service providers· Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes· Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers· Other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience, and Skills: · Minimum 10 years IT related experience· Problem solving / analysis· Communication skills· Decision making· Judgement· Organization skills Working Conditions:· Office and refrigerated warehouse environment· Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms· May require travel to other warehouse locations
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
