What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Liaison position at Cedar Grove Recovery?
OVERVIEW: The Clinical Liaison serves to develop and maintain key relationships that generate admissions to Landmark facilities with every Hospital, Psyciatric Facility, and medical/clinical groups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Market Research across the defined territory to identify target accounts
- Cultivate new relationships with Hospitals, Psyciatric facilities, Urgent Care Centers, Physician Groups, and Large Clinical Groups of at least 10 practitioners
- Visit every hospital, every shift, at least every week, within the defined territory
- Obtain at least 30 touches per week from non-Hospital accounts, visiting them, dropping brouchures, and providing educational resources
- Deliver at least one pitch deck per month to obtain strategic relationship with Hospital or equivalent large group to be referral partner of choice (i.e. Time Team or equivalent)
- Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM activities
- Maintain Continuing Education program to provide CE credits monthly for targeted nurses, social workers, and other practitioners
- Ensure substantial attendance at CE workshops (10 monthly)
- Ensure healthy sign up for Landmark list serve monthly email generated by marketing (at least 50)
- Utilize marketing generated pamphlets about relevant articles to target population weekly
- Generate at least 12 commercial admissions per month within six months of facility opening or start date
- Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisor
