We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and motivated aesthetic injector to join our team on a part-time basis. Whether you are an experienced injector or a newer provider with a strong foundation and a desire to learn, we're looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and growing alongside our practice.
We believe the best injectors are those who combine technical skill with humility, honesty, and excellent judgment. If you're the type of provider who isn't afraid to say, "I'm not comfortable performing that treatment yet," you'll fit well with our culture.
As our injectable practice continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to expand into additional days and responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers within your level of training and competency.
- Educate patients on treatment options and realistic expectations.
- Build long-term patient relationships through outstanding service and natural results.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical photography.
- Collaborate closely with our physician and aesthetics team.
- Assist wherever needed to help create an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Current Tennessee RN, NP, PA, or LPN license in good standing.
- Professional, personable, and confident demeanor.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Strong ethical standards and sound clinical judgment.
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Passion for aesthetics and continued learning.
- Desire to grow with our practice long term.
- Dermatology Experience is a plus
