Position Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant for a Part-time to provide support to our busy office. As the ideal candidate, the administrative assistant will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including handling incoming mail, scanning documents, and working collaboratively with other departments.
The successful administrative assistant will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, we seek an individual who is comfortable with performing repetitive tasks and has experience working with relevant software applications.
Responsibilities
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Scanning, copying, and filing necessary documents.
- Processing mail and overnight shipments.
- Project-based assignments, as needed.
- Administrative assistant will handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Organizing and maintaining records and documents.
- Restocking the office with needed supplies.
- Assisting IT with the deployment of new hardware/computers.
- Assisting with various projects and tasks.
- Providing general support to the team, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Supporting HR with the onboarding of new employees.
- Administrative assistant will manage mail sorting and distribution.
- Depositing checks as required.
- Bank deposit runs.
- Ordering and picking up lunch for the CEO.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or office management preferred for an administrative assistant role.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative assistant or clerical roles with proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and adaptability to changing tasks.
- Experience in calendar management, data entry, record keeping, document preparation, and managing communications.
- Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to handle tasks efficiently and interact with stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
