St. Patrick Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time School Counselor to support the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of our students. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and administration to foster a positive and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and small group counseling to support students’ social and emotional well-being
- Develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with best practices
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom
- Assist students with conflict resolution, problem-solving, and coping strategies
- Support students and families during times of transition or crisis
- Promote a positive school climate rooted in respect, kindness, and Catholic values
