At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as the Area Supervisor of Associate Life, you will be responsible for working with department management and associate services team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of associate engagement activities. You'll also...

• Lead Associate Services Team in the creation, planning, and execution of a variety of associate engagement events. Events include but are not limited to ride nights,associate luncheons, DEI Events, associate recognition, PT & FT Gatherings.
• Manage daily work assignments and workforce distribution to cover events while maintaining budget guidelines and meeting all business needs. Includes the creation and distribution of weekly department schedule.
• Oversee divisional ticket trade program with local vendors, as well as, creation of the associate discount guide and establishing business partnerships that benefit our associates. Work in coordination with the Area Manager of Associate Life on ticket reciprocity agreements for outside amusement parks and other interested business partnerships.
• Manage the gathering, selection, creation and dissemination of associate life information which includes newsletters, flyers, social media, in-house forums, assigning staff duties. Frequently work with the Cedar Point Marketing and Planning & Design departments.
• Organize associate giveaways and swag. Distribute clothing and promotional incentives, including, but not limited to spring weekend wear, Halloweekend gear, and departmental requests.
