Service Advisor

We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated Powersports Service Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you’ll be the link between our customers and technicians—helping riders get the service they need while delivering an outstanding dealership experience. If you know motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other powersports vehicles and enjoy fast-paced customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

·         Greet customers promptly and assess service, maintenance, and repair needs.

·         Create accurate repair orders, estimates, and timelines.

·         Communicate clearly with technicians to document customer concerns and recommended repairs.

·         Keep customers updated on repair status, approvals, delays, and completion.

·         Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently.

·         Recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and additional services when appropriate.

·         Coordinate warranty, insurance, and service documentation as needed.

·         Process payments and help ensure a smooth, professional pickup experience.

Qualifications

·         Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in a dealership/customer service environment preferred.

·         Knowledge of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides.

·         Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

·         Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way.

·         Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, repair orders, and invoicing.

·         Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.

·         Positive attitude, team mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service.
