Part -time Toddler Teacher

We are seeking an energetic Part-time Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children during their formative years. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on little learners while working part-time.

Duties

• Provide attentive toddler care by supervising activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Engage children through interactive play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational activities that stimulate curiosity and learning.
• Support children with their daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and hygiene practices with patience and compassion.
• Monitor individual behaviors and implement effective behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and developmental observations to track each child's growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Certification in first aid and CPR 
• Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a caring environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage positively with children and families.
• Ability to work part-time hours reliably while maintaining flexibility for scheduling needs.
