Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
- Engage with children through play, educational activities, and physical education to promote literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development.
- Provide attentive toddler care by monitoring safety, hygiene, and well-being during daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap time, and outdoor activities.
- Uphold child welfare standards by ensuring a clean, organized classroom environment aligned with daycare regulations and private school policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, behavior management strategies, and developmental milestones.
