Assistant Store Manager

The Role
You’ll partner closely with ownership to drive sales, develop our team’s selling skills, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. This isn’t a stand-back-and-manage role — you’ll be on the floor, leading by example, and setting the standard for what a great customer interaction looks like.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving store sales and consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Coaching and training staff on selling techniques, product knowledge, and the customer journey
- Leading, scheduling, and supporting a small retail team
- Sharing leadership responsibilities and stepping up in the owner’s absence
- Managing inventory with accuracy and care
- Creating and contributing to social media content that reflects our brand
What We’re Looking For
- Proven retail sales experience — you can close and you can teach others to do the same
- Experience leading or managing a team in a retail setting
- Comfortable with social media content creation (Instagram a plus)
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- Open availability Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM–6PM
