Sales and Customer Service Associate

Inside Sales / Counter Sales - As a part of our sales team, you are responsible for providing high quality service over the phone, via email, and in person at the counter. You will be creating quotes and formal proposals for electrical projects, managing ongoing jobs, communicating and finding solutions to problems as they arise, reviewing and entering orders into our system, ensuring customers’ needs are met in a professional and timely manner, and maintaining a positive attitude while facing competitive, time-sensitive pressures. In addition to this, you will also be maintaining inventory and fulfilling customer orders in the warehouse.

Job Description

· Provide competitive pricing quotes to contractors

· Contact factories and vendor representatives to obtain cost information

· Create purchase orders

· Answer sales calls and emails in timely manner

· Build relationships and understand the needs of our customers

· Drive efforts to achieve sales and profitability goals

· Assist in any tasks that needs to be done in order to maintain optimal customer service

· Responsibilities also include receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and occasionally customer delivery

· Need to be able to lift at least 30lbs in a warehouse setting
