Counter Salesperson

As a Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in person and over the phone, entering orders in system, reviewing and pulling orders, and ensuring customers' needs are met in a professional and timely fashion at a leading Electrical Distributor.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support at the counter
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electrical construction and maintenance products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively answer customer questions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, or past experience in the electrical distribution industry
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
