REPORTS TO: Location or Division Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree (Or suitable experience in the industry.)
- Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to solve complex problems
- The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, the desire for a career that makes a difference in the world, and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NO
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Learning all aspects of the CED business
- Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations
- On the job training and mentoring
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers
- Goal planning with Division and Training Managers
