Management Trainee

CED’s Management Training Program is designed for driven, sales-minded individuals who want more than just a job—they want to run a business.

CED is a privately held company with over 750 locations nationwide. Through our Management Training Program, you’ll learn every part of the business and develop the skills needed to lead and operate your own multi-million-dollar location.

This is a hands-on, real-world training program—not a classroom. You’ll be in the business from day one, learning by doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Over the course of 2–3 years, you’ll rotate through every key area of the business, including:

• Warehouse operations
• Counter and inside sales
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Financial statements and business fundamentals
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Account management and customer relationships
• Project management and business development

You’ll also participate in ongoing training focused on:

• Electrical products and systems
• Sales and customer development
• Leadership and management skills

No prior industry experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience in lieu of degree)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willing and able to relocate during and after the program

Preferred Background

• Sales or customer service experience
