Our program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions in an evolving industry. CED Management Trainees are taught every aspect of our business so that upon completion of the training, they can run their own multi-million-dollar location. No previous industry experience is needed!
THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE
As a full-time CED Management Trainee with us, you'll be working from Monday to Friday, clocking in at 7 AM and wrapping up at 5 PM.
You will spend your time immersing yourself in every aspect of the business, handling quotations, purchasing, and diving into the sales process. As you navigate through the day, you will gain a deep understanding of the company's operations and contribute to its success.
On-the-job training lasts for 2 - 3 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
No prior industry experience is necessary! The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted industry.
