The marketing specialist supports our sales teams for Peerless and CCA in the broadest possible way. This position plays an active role in developing, executing and optimizing marketing strategies with the aim of reaching both new and existing customers. You play an active role in the growth of our online presence and make sure our products are promoted in an attractive way on our platforms. This role makes a valuable contribution in strengthening our market position, increasing our brand awareness and implementing our digital strategy and physical activities like trade shows or other events.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
This position may require occasional travel for exhibitions, trade shows, and meetings with sales teams.

Work Environment: This position is based at the headquarters located in Dallas, TX. Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms, are necessary. Flexibility to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks is essential.
Physical Demands
Positions in this function typically require standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods. Compliance with company attendance standards.
The job is typically performed under industrial & outside working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job. Compliance with company attendance standards.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Branding & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Website improvements
- Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience and content of the websites. Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure websites reflect brand identity and engage visitors.
- SEO Management
- Oversee and optimize SEO strategies for brands, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Social Media
- Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and interaction.
- Marketing materials
- Design and update marketing brochures that effectively communicate the value propositions of each brand. Ensure all materials are consistent with branding guidelines and messaging strategies.
- Develop and refine presentations for sales and marketing efforts, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand messaging.
- Provide training and support for sales teams on content delivery.
- Lead the creation and distribution of white papers that highlight industry insights and product innovations. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Exhibition Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring brand representation is consistent and impactful.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-site support for events.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technical or engineering industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing branding and marketing initiatives for multiple product lines.
