Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Carpenter (3-5 years experience) to join our dynamic construction team. This position is accountable for on-site construction, repairs, and emergency work. We primarily work with homeowner's insurance claims. This position requires workers to have knowledge and possession of:
- Basic hand and power tools such as hammers, skill saws, reciprocation saws, nail guns, and air compressors along with safe and proper use.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as framing, siding, roofing, drywall, doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform precise cuts and assemblies
- Measure and mark materials for cutting and assembly with high accuracy
- Fabricate custom components through woodworking or metalworking techniques as needed for specific projects
- Perform restoration work including water damage remediation, stucco application, mold remediation, and general site repairs

Requirements
- Proven experience as a journeyman carpenter with a strong background in framing, trim carpentry, and roofing.
- Ability to read schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Experience with masonry, plumbing, electrical work, tile laying, flooring installation, drywall finishing, and metal stud framing is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in restoration industry projects or remodeling tasks.
