General Duties
Adjunct Instructor of Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person, daytime classes in accordance with Cecil College-approved syllabi and the stipulations of the Department of English and Humanities, on our main campus or on a nearby high school campus.
Qualifications

The Fiscal Year 2026 Credit Adjunct Scale is as follows: 2 semesters of less at Cecil ($830 a credit hour for individuals with less than a Masters 60 or $855 a credit hour for individuals Masters 60 or a Earned Doctorate); More than 2 semesters at Cecil ($855 a credit hour for individuals with less than a Masters 60 or $880 a credit hour for individuals Masters 60 or a Earned Doctorate).

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Speech or a related discipline
- Successful college-level teaching experience
- LMS experience (e.g., Canvas)
- Availability for in-person, daytime teaching
