Job Overview
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry operations efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners
- Maintain floor care by mopping, sweeping, and applying appropriate chemical agents to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Assist with janitorial duties and industrial cleaning tasks as needed to support overall sanitation efforts.
- Handle chemical agents responsibly, ensuring proper storage and disposal in compliance with safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Support custodial activities across public areas to sustain a clean and inviting environment for guests and staff alike.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with strong knowledge of sanitation practices.
- Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including the use of various cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling laundry loads or moving cleaning supplies.
- Excellent manual handling skills combined with attention to detail in cleaning tasks.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
