Responsibilities and Duties
- The Service Supervisor is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall profitability within the service department's areas of responsibility.
- Candidate communicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company's interest in mind.
- The Service Supervisor is responsible for timely paperwork flow keeping work in process as low as possible.
- With assistance from the support staff, the Service Supervisor provides timely and accurate invoices to customers.
- He/she is also responsible for the human resources within the department, with a focus of maintaining a high level of technician productivity, efficiency, and safety.
- The individual recommends and oversees replacement and repair of internal physical assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, college, and/or tech school helpful.
- Three or more years of experience with earth moving equipment parts and service in a customer contact position.
- Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Positive attitude, problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background screening and DOT Drug Test
