IT Project Manager (Level 3 - Independent Contractor - Full-time)

You've got the experience, expertise, and confidence to lead large scale, high priority IT projects. In addition to the responsibilities of the IT Project Manager - Level 2 (someone reading this may not have read the Level 2 role), you will interface with C-Level Executives regarding the status of the project, and ensure adherence to the overall project strategic objectives and quality standards met.
This role is for a one year contract position with a potential option to renew. The position is based in metro Phoenix, AZ.

Your Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of either a portfolio manager or a program manager, you will lead a larger-scale IT Implementation project. As the project team lead, you'll be responsible for assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resource needs, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. You will also keep company executives apprised of project status at all times.

Must Haves (Required Qualifications)
6 years technology project management/implementation experience
Experience leading and managing larger-scale projects such as ERP Implementations.
Demonstrated experience staffing and managing project teams.
Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with C-Level executives and maintain calm in high pressure environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical related field
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with Waterfall/Agile processes
PMP Certification (Preferred)
