Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain production schedules and job tracking using Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Organize project files, artwork, and print-ready assets
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting & formulas)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to forward think and anticipate production needs
- Experience in the print or production industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
