Duties
- Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility or warehouse.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure standards are met.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials using warehouse experience and forklift skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a strong understanding of assembly processes.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations.
- Experience operating forklifts; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Warehouse experience beneficial for handling materials efficiently within the facility.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.
