We are seeking a caring and dependable Child Respite Provider to support two young brothers on the autism spectrum. Care will take place in their home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. Both boys are mostly non-verbal, so a patient, calm, and creative approach to communication is essential. They thrive with consistency, gentle routines, and understanding support from someone who truly sees their strengths.

Location: Weston, WI
Wage: $17.70 per hour/$259.32 per day
Shift: 80 hours per month
4 days per month – prefer Saturdays or Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Care/Supervision/Companionship
- Effective communication using non-verbal strategies, visual supports, or other provided tools.
- Toileting (assisting cthe hild with wiping/clean up)
- Meal Prep/snacks
- Redirect and de-escalate behaviors as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, & auto insurance
- Previous experience with special needs children/Autism
- Willing to undergo a background check prior to hire
