This full-time hybrid role, based in Mesa, AZ, offers the flexibility of partially working from home. As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Producer, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-lasting client relationships. You will assist clients with their insurance needs, process policy changes, handle inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
