Key Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools for various assembly and fabrication tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Receive and move heavy metal parts throughout the facility
- Clean and prepare parts by removing corrosion, rust, and other impurities
- Assist in the galvanizing and coating process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following industrial safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols at all times
- Work weekends as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in different environments
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Galvanizing experience is a plus
