CDR General Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Painter / Sandblaster to support an industrial project in Baton Rouge, LA. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team member to learn the company’s procedures, systems, and work processes.

- Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform painting and sandblasting work according to company procedures and project requirements.
- Work alongside experienced personnel during the initial training period.
- Learn and follow the company's systems, processes, and work procedures.
- Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout the job.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work according to the assigned schedule and adjust to workload and weather conditions as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Painter and/or Sandblaster is required.
- Ability to understand and follow workplace instructions in English.
- Minimum 60% English proficiency required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work Monday–Thursday from 6:30 AM–5:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work Fridays and Saturdays when required by workload or weather.
- Willingness to learn and follow company-specific procedures and systems.
- Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment.
