Sales Director needed for a metal processing & fabrication company who has been in business for 50 plus years.
CDP Solutions has been in business for more than 15 years and we work throughout the United States with a wide variety of metal companies. Our client is looking for someone who has experience with field sales, account management, mentorship and understanding of how to lead within a private manufacturing company. This position and would require someone to work out of the plant in Bucks County and work with sales representatives and clients in the Northeast region.
Compensation
Our client offers a strong base salary compensation plan, plus a bonus based on company performance. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage and life insurance.
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000
Bonus: $10,000 – $45,000 per year based on company performance
Total Compensation: $160,000 - $210,000
