CDP Solutions is an executive recruiting firm who has been in business for 16 plus years. We have been retained to identify a full-time Outside Sales Representative for the state of Connecticut. Our client is a distribution and value-added fabrication company servicing a wide variety of clients in the industrial sector. This position is focused on B2B hunting and new business development throughout Connecticut. The Outside Sales Representative will work from a home office and grow new business market share throughout the state.
Compensation
Our client offers a strong base salary compensation plan, plus a bonus based on company performance. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage and life insurance.
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
Bonus: $10,000 – $25,000
Total Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000
Car incentive: $800 per month plus paid mileage for business travel to customers
