Job Description
Provide first-shift support for enterprise directory services, including administration and maintenance of Windows Server 2019 Domain Controllers and DHCP servers. Manage user accounts, authentication services, and network address allocation while ensuring system availability and performance. Develop and utilize scripts within Windows Server 2016 environments to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Directory Services consists of the following hardware and software:
Windows Server 2019 Domain Controllers
Windows Server 2019 DHCP servers
Windows Server 2016 for scripting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of related professional IT experience commensurate with tasks outlined in this service area. *
- An active Security Certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Core Services including but not limited to:
- Sites & Services, Authentication
- Ability to configure & troubleshoot current Air Force, Microsoft Active Directory domains.
- Comprehensive knowledge maintaining Microsoft Windows 2019
- Ability to configure & troubleshoot user/computer account issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot Kerberos authentication issues.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Secret Security Clearance Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to configure & troubleshoot Group Policy
- An active Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification is preferred
