Responsibilities
- Monitor RFID tracking system for multiple locations
- Respond to customer support requests via telephone, e-mail or WhatsApp
- Communicate with customer operations via telephone, e-mail or WhatsApp
- Visit customer sites within Houston area from time to time (possible opportunity to travel outside of Houston and country)
Requirements
- Self-motivated with Strong work ethic to meet the demands of the oil & gas industry, logistics industries
- Bilingual (must be able to communicate fluently English & Spanish)
- U.S. Citizen
- Domestic and International travel may be required, must have valid U.S. passport
- Must be bi-lingual, English and Spanish (absolute requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft products)
Hours
- Full-time (8 hours): 11:30am to 8pm, Monday through Friday
- Part-time (4 hours): 4pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday
