CDL?A Company Drivers – High Pay, Strong Miles, Home Weekly
Earn top-tier pay without running extreme miles. Drivers average $1,800 weekly on just 2,100 miles, and the top 50% earn over $101,000 yearly.
Starting pay ranges $0.67–$0.73 CPM based on hazmat status, plus guaranteed $1,800 minimum on your first 5 paychecks (for hires through 7/3/26).
Home Time: Out 5 days, home 2 full days
Freight: 100% no touch, 85% drop & hook
Running Area: PA, OH, NJ, CT, MA, RI, MD, Northern VA
Bonuses & Extra Pay
Equipment 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmission, inverter, fridge, flatscreen TV, and microwave. Free rider program included.

Job Requirements:
Must be 21 with at least 9 consecutive months of CDL?A experience, including 2 months of OTR winter driving (Dec–Feb). MVR/PSP must meet insurance standards. Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed case?by?case.
Must be willing to run overnight—about 40% of loads.

- Short?haul pay: $35 (0–100 miles), $25 (101–400 miles)

- Pay raises every 20,000 safe miles
