Job Description:
Solo Company Driver – Home Weekends – Dry Van – High Mileage Pay
This position offers strong mileage pay, consistent weekend home time, quarterly safety bonuses, and full truckload dry van freight. Drivers run 100 percent no-touch freight with no NYC, Canada, or Mexico. Assigned tractors are late-model and fully equipped, and drivers earn practical mileage pay with additional band pay for short hauls.
Pay and Experience Levels

• 8–29 months experience: $0.70 per mile (no hazmat) or $0.72 (with hazmat)
• 30 months experience: $0.72 per mile (no hazmat) or $0.74 (with hazmat)
• Home time: 48 hours every weekend
• Freight: Full truckload, dry van, 100 percent no touch

Safety-Based Bonus Opportunities

• CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days:
  
  • $925 with hazmat
  • $750 plus 8 hours PTO without hazmat
  
  
• On Road Safety Bonus: $650 every 90 days

Hiring Bonus Options (limited time)
Option 1 – With a qualifying safety record

• Initial transition bonus: $1,575 with hazmat or $1,400
• Paid Time Off

• Additional $650 available after 30 days with a qualifying safety record

Additional Pay and Raises

• Band pay on short hauls:
  
  • 0–100 miles: $35
  • 101–400 miles: $25
  
  
• Anniversary bonus: $100 per year of continuous service
• Detention pay: after 1 hour
• Safety-based raises at mileage intervals
• Premium hazmat pay on placarded loads (less than 2 percent of freight)
• Referral program
• Other accessorial pay when applicable

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 8 months of tractor-trailer experience (6 months if teaming with an experienced partner)
• No DWIs in the past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE
• No drug test refusals or failures

Wage Range: 0.70 - 0.74 per mile
