Position Overview
Local mail-hauling position running from Edgerton, KS, or Kansas City, MO, to customer sites in Wichita, KS; Tulsa, OK; Des Moines, IA; Columbia, MO; Springfield, MO; and Omaha, NE. Freight is no-touch for live load and unload. Drivers operate in MO, KS, IA, NE, and AR. Slip seating is required, and tractors stay at the account during time off.
Pay and Mileage

• Mileage pay: 0.59 to 0.61
• Average yearly: 78,000
• Average weekly miles: 2016
• Stop pay: 30 dollars
• Automatic day cabs and single bunk sleepers available
• All tractors are International or Freightliner

Schedule

• Sun through Thurs
• Start time between 1500 and 1900
• Drivers must be flexible within the start window
• Holiday time off depends on where the holiday falls in the driver’s schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months CDL A experience
• USPS badging required to enter yards
• Uniforms and PPE required
• PPE provided by the account
• 175 dollars allotted for uniforms each year
• Off account work encouraged but not required

PTO and Holidays

• 18 paid days in year one (12 PTO and 6 holidays)
• 22 paid days for years 1 to 5
• 27 paid days for years 6 to 13
• 30 paid days for years 14 to 18
• 32 paid days for 19 years

Job Requirements:
Must have a valid, current CDL A License
Must have at least 3 months of verifiable CDL A Experience

Wage Range: 78000.00 - 85000.00 per year
