Local Intermodal CDL A Driver – Lancaster MA – $5000 Bonus – Home Daily
This local intermodal position runs containers in and out of the Ayer ramp to customers within a 250 mile radius. All freight originates or terminates in Worcester or Ayer, and drivers operate day cabs parked at the Lancaster yard at 1410 Lunenburg Road. This is a 24/7 slip seat operation with daily home time and no NYC driving. Most freight is no touch, and drivers work 10 to 12 hour days.

- 0500–0600 start times
- Occasional shift changes as needed
- 10–12 hour days
- 1250 miles per week average
Pay and Bonus Structure
- $0.40–$0.45 per mile
- $5000 sign on bonus (standard JBI rules apply)
- $20 per hour after 1 hour rail detention
- $40 per hazmat load
- $55 live load or unload
- $35 drop and hook
- Annual earnings: $81,000–$95,000

Paid Time Off and Holidays
- Year 1: 18 paid days (12 PTO 6 holidays at $20/hr)
- Years 1–5: 22 paid days
- Years 6–13: 27 paid days
- Years 14–18: 30 paid days
- 19 years: 32 paid days
- Holiday schedule: Thanksgiving (could work), Christmas (off), New Years (could work)
