Local CDL-A Truck Driver | Home Daily
The Drive United Group is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local account based in Olathe, KS.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent miles, daily home time, competitive pay, and dependable freight.
Drivers will deliver primarily refrigerated grocery products from the Olathe distribution center to grocery store locations within a 250-mile radius. Freight is preloaded, and drivers will unload deliveries using an electric pallet jack. Occasionally, drivers may haul dry van freight or assist with backhaul pickups.
Drivers operate automatic day cab tractors with 53-foot refrigerated trailers. Slip seating may be required based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Deliver refrigerated grocery freight to retail locations
- Operate within a 250-mile radius of Olathe, KS
- Perform driver unload using an electric pallet jack
- Pick up backhaul freight when assigned
- Complete required delivery paperwork
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries
- Assist with dedicated or intermodal freight when needed
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to safely operate an automatic day cab
- Ability to unload freight using an electric pallet jack
- Ability to work night shifts
- Must be able to work weekends (Friday-Tuesday schedule)
- Steel-toe boots required (provided by the account)
- Safe driving record
- Must pass required pre-employment screenings
- Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
