Dedicated OTR CDL-A Driver

Job Description:
The Drive United Group is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Over-the-Road position based in Waterloo, IA.
This position offers consistent freight, predictable home time, assigned equipment, and excellent earning potential while delivering kitchen and bathroom cabinets across the continental United States.
Drivers typically operate throughout the lower 48 states and enjoy a stable schedule with dedicated freight.
Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on dedicated OTR routes
• Deliver kitchen and bathroom cabinets to customer locations
• Verify delivered products against shipping paperwork
• Tailgate and organize freight during deliveries
• Complete required delivery documentation and upload Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Plan routes while complying with DOT Hours of Service regulations
• Contact customers before scheduled deliveries
• Maintain safe driving practices and professional customer service
• Assist with other company accounts when needed

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
• Ability to stay out 10–11 days per trip
• Ability to lift and move cabinet products during deliveries
• Comfortable with touch freight and product verification
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage trip planning

Average annual earnings: $101,452
$35 stop pay
Additional out-of-order piece pay
Extra $0.02 CPM on West Coast loads
