Home weekly position with a dedicated customer is now hiring.
This account is great for individuals wanting to drive and stay active!
All drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers.
Join our team as a CDL-A Driver for our dedicated Dollar Tree customer. This full-time position offers a home weekly schedule and requires unloading a full truck load using roto-carts and lift gates. On average, you'll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1,500 miles weekly.
Drivers will average of 2-4 loads and 950-1200 loads per week.
Delivery Locations:
Delivery Locations: Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
Drivers typically pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the Distribution Center.
Schedule:
Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly.
Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday.
This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift.
During holidays time off could be less and during lower store delivery periods there could be additional time off.
Compensation:
Hourly Compensation
Overtime Pay: Time and A Half after 40 Hours
Safe and On-Time Mileage Bonus ‚ Up to 3% of Mileage Pay
Equipment:
Equipment: Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers.
Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location.

3 months recent CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within 12 months.
(6 months OK if team partner has 24 months)
At least 21 years of age
Applicants under the age of 23 cannot have more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 year.
No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
No preventable DOT recordable accidents in last 3 years
No DUI/DWI/OWI in past 7 years
