CDL-A home weekly dedicated

Job Description:
Training: 1 day of onsite training paid at $125. 3-4 day ride along paid at $50 per day.

• Home Time: home weekly. Consistent 48-hour resets on the same two days every week.
• Freight: mixture of dry & refrigerated no touch, live unload.
• Running Area: VA, NC, MD, DE, and WV
• Mileage: 1,600 – 1,700 miles per week. This will usually require 2 routes per working day (11-14 hour shift)
• Tractors: Assigned sleeper truck
• Schedule: Work 5 days on, 2 days off, with more shifts becoming available upon increased tenure at account. Afternoons, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required.

Pay:

• Average weekly: $1,300
• Top Performers: $1,500 per week
• Additional Pay: $20 per stop

CPM Structure: Routes will pay Whichever is greater – Mileage pay or Minimum Mileage Band Pay
Experienced Based Pay:
0-6 Months: $0.56/mile
6 Months-1 Year: $0.57/mile
1-2 Years: $0.58/mile
2-3 Years: $0.59/mile
3-5 Years: $0.60/mile
5-7 Years: $0.61/mile
7-10 Years: $0.62/mile
10 Years: $0.63/mile
Mileage Band Pay:
0-50 miles: $40
51-75 miles: $45
76-100 miles: $60
101-125 miles: $70
126-150 miles: $75
151-175 miles: $80
176-200 miles: $85
201-225 miles: $90

Job Requirements:
Requires a MINIMUM of 3 months recent CDL OTR experience, and acceptable MVR and background reports. Must pass a hair follicle test. Key Requirements:
• Must prioritize safety, have exceptional customer service skills, and handle customer concerns with patience.• Afternoons, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required. Reside within 100 miles of Gordonsville VA.
Wage Range: 1300.00 - 1500.00 per week
