The Journeyman Plumber performs skilled technical work in the
installation, repair,
replacement, and maintenance of domestic water systems, heating water

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining safe working conditions at all time
- Regularly check systems to ensure proper operations
- Inspect toilets, sinks, dishwashers, and other appliances for leaks
- Responsible for repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of
disposal and water supply systems
- Replace washers and rubber gaskets in faucets and showerheads
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
- Install and maintain water supply systems
- Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems
