We’re currently looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Fine & Citation Compliance Administrator to manage driver citations, court costs, fines, and compliance-related requirements across a portfolio of client carriers.

Compensation
$19/hour Commission
Commission is earned based on performance and successful case resolution/collections (details discussed during interview).
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage driver citations, court costs, fines, and compliance fees for multiple client companies
- Communicate with drivers, fleet owners, and safety managers to gather citation information, documents, and payment details
- Contact and coordinate with county courts, clerks, municipal courts, and law enforcement agencies to confirm court requirements, payment amounts, and case status
- Ensure payments and follow-up actions are completed on time to prevent escalations like failure-to-appear, warrants, license suspension, or late fees
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in internal systems (citation logs, receipts, court updates, client communication records)
- Monitor open cases weekly and follow through until final resolution
- Provide consistent updates to clients on outstanding balances, progress, timelines, and compliance exposure
- Assist with escalations involving FTA situations, court summons, unpaid fine holds, CDL impact concerns, and compliance complications
- Support reporting and trend analysis (repeat offenders, citation patterns, high-risk violations, etc.)
Qualifications
Required
- 1 years in an administrative role involving case tracking, billing, collections, compliance, customer service, or logistics support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Confident communication skills (drivers, client managers, and court staff)
- Strong follow-up habits and deadline management
- Basic computer proficiency (spreadsheets, case tracking, email communication)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred
- Experience in trucking safety, DOT compliance, fleet operations, dispatch, or insurance/risk
- Familiarity with court systems, citation portals, and payment processing
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
