We are seeking a skilled technical level data extraction specialist / Analyst with strengths in CDK's DSDA platform. The Business Process Consultant position requires exceptional knowledge within CDK's architecture and the ability to communicate/consult to all levels of dealership personnel.
Responsibilities
- To work within a team of highly skilled and experienced associates in the processing of repair order history and archived document extraction and compilation.
- To assist with highly specialized data transfer and larger DSDA extraction sets
- To review finding and provide process coaching limited to using the DSDA extracted documents.
- To ensure dealership employee follow-through.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
- An advanced level of experience with Data Storage and Data Archiving (DSDA) is required to deliver effective consulting services.
- Experience in extracting data from large, complex datasets, with the ability to transform and clean the data to enable meaningful analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High level proficiency with MS Office products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to transition working remotely with clients.
- Ability to write SQL, BASH and Python scripts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi years of experience working within a corporate culture.
- Strong understanding of Linux and PICK, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of CDK's platform and functionalities
Salary Range: $60,000 - $64,000
